JB Fremy is the founder of JBF Solutions, bringing more than two decades of finance, technology and operations experience to clients across mortgage broking, commercial finance and business consulting.
Before becoming a broker, JB spent over twenty years across banking, technology, and business operations, leading system design, sweating on cashflow at month end and process improvement as a Business Finance and Operations Director. Combined with his work as a business advisor, when a client brings him a deal, he doesn't start with the loan, he takes a practical, business-first approach. He focuses on what the funding needs to achieve for your business, not just the product.
This combination of finance expertise, technology background and operational experience is what sets JBF Solutions apart. Clients receive advice shaped by the full picture, not just the product on offer.
JB also understands the process from the borrower’s side. He has personally gone through the journey of buying his first home, later purchasing an investment property, and managing the shift as both properties became investments. That experience gives him a practical appreciation of the questions, pressure points and long-term decisions borrowers face when structuring finance.
Having settled in Australia over 20 years ago, JB has a deep understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape, and works with small to medium businesses across a range of industries.

Born in New Caledonia, JB has lived and worked across multiple countries before making Australia home over 20 years ago. He is bilingual in English and French and has a deep connection to the New Caledonian and French Polynesian community. For clients who prefer to work in French, JB is one of the very few accredited finance brokers in Brisbane who can genuinely serve you in your language.

Active in the South East Brisbane Community
JB sits on the committee of the South East Brisbane Chamber of Commerce, runs the monthly "Chill, Chat & Champion Local Business" catch-up for local owners, and JBF Solutions donates $200 to the Bulimba Community Centre for every eligible home loan it settles. It's the same community JB lives and works in.
